Design

If you have an application but are not completely certain of your spring or component requirement we can help. Besides working off of customer blueprints and samples we also aid in the design of components to fit your application. We are also happy to review your design with you if there are any uncertainties. We are equipped with Cadkey and Autocad design software to better meet customer needs.

Tolerances

Please keep in mind that standard block tolerances can sometimes adversely affect our ability to quote and manufacture your springs or metal forms. It is important to review dimensions and apply realistic tolerances when submitting your blueprints. Often time tight tolerances are applied to non critical dimensions which do not effect the function of the component. In this case, price as well as our ability to quote the project are often adversely affected.

Application

It is often times very helpful to know the application of the components before manufacturing. Usually, many questions that arise during setup and fabrication can be answered by simply viewing the part in action or with it's mating part. If sample applications can be provided it is most often a time saver and a safeguard in that we can use the application as part of our inspection process.
